professionnelles n\u00e9cessaires pour occuper le poste que l&rsquo;on a \u00e0 pourvoir.<\/p><ul><li>J&rsquo;identifie la coh\u00e9rence du parcours, les ann\u00e9es d&rsquo;exp\u00e9riences et les comp\u00e9tences acquises.<\/li><li>Je regarde la clart\u00e9, la pr\u00e9cision, les informations donn\u00e9es&#8230;<\/li><li>Je v\u00e9rifie la pr\u00e9sence des comp\u00e9tences cl\u00e9s dont j&rsquo;ai besoin.
