Pendant cet arr\u00eat, le contrat de travail du collaborateur absent est suspendu mail il fait toujours parti des effectifs.<br>Sous condition d\u2019un an d\u2019anciennet\u00e9, le salaire du collaborateur absent est maintenu par Aon, pendant 90 jours \u00e0 100%, puis pendant les 3 mois suivant \u00e0 66,67% avec un compl\u00e9ment vers\u00e9 par la Pr\u00e9voyance.
