nouvelles sanctions en cas de faute ult\u00e9rieure ;<\/li><li><b>Mise \u00e0 pied disciplinaire<\/b> : exclusion temporaire de l\u2019entreprise et donc suspension du contrat de travail et du versement de la r\u00e9mun\u00e9ration pendant une dur\u00e9e maximum de trois jours ;<\/li><li><b>Mutation <\/b>: changement de poste sans perte de r\u00e9mun\u00e9ration ;<\/li><li><b>R\u00e9trogradation <\/b>: consiste en un d\u00e9classement professionnel avec une affectation \u00e0 une fonction ou \u00e0 un poste diff\u00e9rent, dont la r\u00e9mun\u00e9ration peut \u00eatre de niveau inf\u00e9rieur;<\/li><li><b>Licenciement disciplinaire pour faute r\u00e9elle et s\u00e9rieuse : <\/b>rupture du contrat de travail avec pr\u00e9avis et indemnit\u00e9 de licenciement ;<\/li><li><b>Licenciement disciplinaire pour faute grave ou lourde<\/b> : rupture du contrat de travail sans pr\u00e9avis et sans indemnit\u00e9 de licenciement.
