Il vous sera demand\u00e9 de r\u00e9partir cette enveloppe, en ayant une approche globale et en consid\u00e9rant l\u2019ensemble des composants du package.<\/p><p><b>Les principaux crit\u00e8res de choix sont : <\/b><span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p><p><strong>1\/<\/strong> La reconnaissance des collaborateurs les plus performants.<br \/><strong>2\/<\/strong> La r\u00e9tention des talents.<br \/><strong>3\/<\/strong> L\u2019\u00e9quit\u00e9 en mati\u00e8re de r\u00e9mun\u00e9ration.<\/p><p>L\u2019exercice de revue s\u2019effectue en Janvier, les propositions sont remont\u00e9es au niveau groupe pour validation en f\u00e9vrier.
